Ingredients:

Maida flour: 2 cups
Baking Powder: 2 tbsp
Baking Soda: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 cup
Icing Sugar: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Vanilla Essence: 1 tbsp

Method

  • Take 2 cups of maida flour in a bowl
  • Then add 2 tbsp of baking powder and 1 tbsp of baking soda in flour
  • And mix it
  • ¬†Then in a separate bowl take 2 cups of oil
  • Add 1 cups of icing sugar in oil
  • Add 2 eggs and 1 tbsp of vanilla essence in oil and sugar mixture
  • Then mix it unless all the ingredients mix together
  • Now add powder mixture(flour, baking soda, baking powder) in it
  • And mix it well until all the lumps get dissolved
  • And turned into a smooth better
  • If your better get thick then add 2 tbsp of milk in it
  • Take a baking pan or try grease it with oil or apply butter paper
  • Then pour the mixture in pan
  • Preheat the oven for 180 degrees
  • Put the pan in preheated oven for about 45 minutes
  • Your vanilla cake is read
    You can serve it plain or make some icing and decorate your vanilla cake.
