Ingredients:
Rice: 1/2 kg
Butter: 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Spring Onion(hari piyaz): 2 (fine chopped)
Garlic: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt: according to taste
Method
- First boil rice and let it approximately 2/3 uncooked
- Then take a wok and add butter in
- Add garlic and stir fry the garlic then add green onions
- Add salt according to your taste
- Then add rice in wok and cooked it
- Cover the lid and cook for around 10 to 15 minutes
- Garlic fried rice are ready now serve it hot.
