Ingredients:
Chicken: 1/2 kg
Oil: 1/2 cup
Onion: 2 (fine chopped)
Yogurt: 1 cup
Ginger: 1/2 tbsp
Crushed red chili : 1 teaspoon
Dry coriander(sabut dhaniya) : 1 teaspoon
Cumin seed : 1 teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
Black pepper powder:
Whole red chili: 4
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Green chilies: 6
Mint leaves: 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
Method
- Take a wok
- Then add oil in the wok and heat up
- Add chopped onions in oil and shallow fry onions
- Add chicken and ginger garlic paste in the fried onions
- Cook until chicken changes it color to golden brown
- Then add 1/2(half) cup of yogurt in chicken and cook it
- Now add all the dry ingredients in chicken
- Cook until chicken get cooked and oil gets on the top
- In a blender add all the greens(mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies)
- Add a little bit water to make a smooth paste
- Now add this green paste in cooked chicken
- Also add the remaining yogurt and sliced ginger in chicken
- Cover the lid and cooked it for about 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes put the stove off and open the lid
- Now add half cup dairy creme and garnish it with sliced ginger
